A strange firearms using multiple rotating barrels, the gatling gun is an unwieldy weapon that can unload a ridiculous amount of firepower in a short time. A creature without exotic weapon proficiency must use a full-round action to fire with a gatling it in addition to normal penalties. If fire within it first range increment, a gatling gun is fired it make an attacks against every adjacent creatures to the square it fired at. If the target is within 10 feet the critical threat of this weapon improve by 1 or 2 if adjacent (which stack, but is added after other effects which increase critical threat range). A Gatling Gun consume 10 Cartridges every time you attack with it, it has a maximum capacity of 120 rounds and require a full-round action to reload.

A gatling Gun require a Strength of 18 to wield and fire, creatures without the sufficient Strength take a -4 penalty to attack and must make a DC 15 balance check or fall Prone. A character may however brace the gatling gun on a surface as a move action, allowing her to fire normally no matter her Strength until she move.

A creature with the correct exotic weapon proficiency can fire the gatling gun as an attack action and add her Dexterity bonus to damage. If you possess the Distracting Barrage feat in addition to Exotic Weapon proficiency you may use it as a part of an attack with the Gatling Gun.
