Galea's Reverse Merform
Transmutation [Polymorph]
Level: Druid 2, Sorcerer/Wizard 2
Components: S
Casting time: 1 Standard Action
Range: Touch
Target: One creature
Duration: 1 round/level (D); see text
Saving Throw: Fortitude negates (harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes

With a touch of her dainty hand, his arms shriveled into useless little fins and his head engorged into that of a dumb trout with its mouth agape.

Named for the naiad who developed the spell, Galea's reverse merform is basically what you'd expect if merform got misspelled.

When touched, the target must make a Fortitude save or gain the effects of the Animal Head flaw (with no bonus feat), taking on the features of a fish, as well as have any arms or forelimbs shrivel into fins, dropping any held equipment. Such an afflicted creature can breathe underwater (as well as air if it could before) and gains a +4 bonus on Swim checks, but suffers a –4 penalty to grapple checks.

Galea's reverse merform has a duration of 1 minute/level when cast on a willing target.
