Idiotic

You are a stupid person, this has SOME edge advantages. It mostly an hindrance though.

Benefit: You are immune to effects that require you to understand something complex for its effect to take place (require more than 10 words for a proper explanation). By example, you would be immune to a suggestion that has multiple triggers and conditions or to the effect of discovering the true nature of an elder evil.

Drawback: You cannot raise your Intelligence above 9, either permanently or temporarily. You also take a -2 penalty to Bluff and Sense Motive.

Roleplaying Ideas: You could be the village idiot, or perhaps the monastery dunce.
