Uncapping[edit]
The idea is sound, but it probably should be a higher cap rather than uncapped, since NI checks are possible. Of course that's TO, but even outside of TO, you can get checks in the hundreds in epic. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 03:21, 14 December 2015 (UTC)
