It is strange that this whole sub-system of divine blood percentages doesn't actually have any manageable way that it interacts with existing divine ranks or anything. It's this weird separated thing which isn't particularly useful to DMs or players. Also, these benefits for the loss of 2 levels... how about no. If you really wanted weak cleric casting and domains, you could like, level twice in cleric perhaps. Because that's a thing you could do with two levels... and then have two levels.
