Point blank burst[edit]
I can understand lines and cones, but is there such a thing as a point-blank fireball? You'd have to include yourself in the blast radius to make use of the feat. I might suggest making it so that in case of burst type areas of effect 'point blank' counts as being at the epicentre of the blast. --Sulacu (talk) 09:21, 5 October 2015 (UTC)
