Upon finishing casting this spell you call a massive bolt of lightning within the spell range, all creatures struck by the bolt take 1d10 electricity damage per caster level and must make a fortitude save or become paralyzed for 1 round then stunned for 2 round. If the bolt hit the ground it also explode in a 40-ft.-radius spread, dealing 1d10 electricity damage per caster level (reflex half), if they fail the reflex save they must make a fortitude save or become stunned for 1 round. The damage from the bolt and the explosion overlap, it does not stack.
