This is VERY well made, I'm presuming the Subtype specialization is limited to those twelve listed? or is it open for others? (SnafuSam talk) November 13, 2013 15:15(PDT)

For evolving Pokemon, we need to add in a requirement of HD if evolving into standard poke-evolutions. for my example I'll bring up Larvitar- Pupitar- Tyranitar. once the Pokemaster reaches level 6 and fully ranks his Handle animal skill to 9 he's able to freely evolve his pokemon. even without control, simply sending out a Tyranitar(is it 2hd(Larvitar) or 12hd(Tyranitar)) into any situation and then recalling it into the pokeball once the angry rock-dinosaur has killed everything, is usually enough to break any situation.

adding templates is nice, effective and "mostly" balanced. but When evolving from one poke-evolution to the following it needs to have the required minimum HD for said evolution. otherwise, there will be 2hd tyranitar on the battlefield. any better guesses/improvements on how to phrase this inclusion of requirements?
