Deformed
You were either born a hunchback, a defaced mutant, maybe just ugly or even perhaps with hidden deformities that greatly undermine your self confidence.
Benefit: You count as having the willing deformity feat for the purpose of meeting prerequisites.
Drawback: Either through your bad physical appearance or through a great lack of self confidence you take a -4 to all charisma-based skill checks (except intimidate and bluff). Moreover if you have a positive charisma modifier you do not add it to your charisma-based skill checks.
Roleplaying Ideas: While almost certainly an eyesore, you may not even be that ugly. However countless insults and attacks made you bitter and hostile when it come to social interaction.
