Whenever another spell is cast you may cancel it before the spell comes into effect. This causes an opposed will check. You may gain either knowledge Arcane, spell craft, or knowledge religion bonuses, for whichever is higher. If the user of this spell fails they may not cast spells for 1d6 rounds, any spell you have in effect automatically ends, animate dead or any summons freeze until this ends. If you succeed you will know what the spell was. Roll a 1d6, if you get a 1 or a 6, or you roll a natural 20 on the will check, you may cast the spell once on that day as a spell like ability. The original caster cannot cast that spell as long as you have it. If used more than once on one opponent within the same encounter they gain a +2 check for each time it has already been successfully cast on them You may not counter yourself. If you roll a 20 in the opposed will checks you may use that spell as a spell like ability You may counter a counter spell. Whichever counter spell was cast last will take into effect and cause the first spell of this chain to come into effect

The Permanency spell can make the spell like ability stay and it will become at will. If this is done the original caster may not use that spell unless the one who took the spell has died or looses this ability.
