Slice to Pieces [Fighter]
Prerequisites: Bab 6+, Weapon Focus (slashing weapon)Benefit: Whenever you deal slashing damage, you deal an extra point of slashing damage per die. In addition at the end of your turn, you deal 2 + half your dexterity modifier points of bleedout to all creatures you dealt slashing damages to. The amount of bleedout is doubled if the creature was at or under 50% of it hit points. Whenever you would reduce a creature to −1 hit points or lower, you may instead decapitate it, slaying it immediately.
