Eurixa Ring[edit]

The eurixa ring is a small golden band worth 1 silver piece as currency. It can be worn, and is common among the deeka.

In order to confirm its worth, these rings are marked when minted on the inside and out. Mint marks vary in style among several connected cities and often change when new rings are minted. Wearing a few is common practice instead of carrying a coin pouch for daily purchases. However, wearing too many is considered ostentatious. Each finger (including the thumb) can easily wear two eurixa rings. A hand may fashionably carry a single gold piece worth of gold (or twice that if one doesn't mind appearing gaudy).

It's name is thought to be derived from celestial, where it's root words would mean something close to "small gold" when translated.
