Short Answer: It's boring and a bit sloppy.

Long Answer: This is a bare-bones race that doesn't really add anything fun or interesting as far as mechanics are concerned. Even the flavor (at this point) feels more like a rough sketch than a finished concept. I realize the status for this says "In Progress", but this is a conceptual problem rather than a "I need to elaborate more." problem. So, if the name "caukidara" really means something along the lines of "guard or watchman", I kinda expect the race to reflect that in some way. They just don't. They're isolationists and xenophobes. In the end though, the flavor makes them feel more like a political group rather than a functioning race of individuals. Pulling off that proper balance of small race population and open enough for character design is difficult. The mark was missed here for that at the moment.

As for the Racial Traits, there isn't anything offered there that's enticing or new for a player to try out. Additionally, it's also lacking in cohesion with the flavor described above that would cause them to be the way they are. They're paranoid about outlanders? Give 'em a racial trait for that. Rigorously trained from youth? Give 'em a racial trait for that.

All in all, some missed opportunities to explore… and the spelling and formatting is sloppy in places. The wording is generally okay though. So, it's not detestable and is probably playable, just not exciting.
