An extremely nasty spell, this creates a stinging wind which strips flesh from bone.
This functions identically to a gust of wind spell. Additionally, any creature with flesh caught in its path must make an additional Fort save or have the flesh stripped from its bones, killing it instantly. Those that succeed on this save take 10d6 points of damage instead.
