Baalzebul's Affliction [Minion]
Prerequisites: Diabolic Disciple (Baalzebul), Small size or largerBenefit: You may vomit a slug from your mouth as a move action. The slug may be dropped into any space adjacent to you, but if that space is already occupied the slug provokes an attack of opportunity. It may act immediately after your turn is finished. A slug is three size categories smaller than you (minimum Fine), and gains another size category at the beginning of each of its turns. Encroaching on an occupied space as a result of this growth also provokes attacks of opportunity.
A slug has a number of hit points equal to your Challenge Rating multiplied by a number from 1 to 12 (corresponding to the slug’s size category, with 1 being Fine and 12 being Colossal); during each turn that it grows, it gains hit points equal to your CR. It has a Base Attack Bonus equal to ¾ its summoner‘s CR, a Strength score equal to 3 multiplied by the value of 1-12, and a slam attack that deals 1d8 points of damage per size category + one and a half times its Strength modifier. The slug’s Armor Class is equal to 10 + a natural armor bonus of 2 per size category. The slug always has a Dexterity of 10 regardless of size, and has no mental ability scores whatsoever.
After growing for six turns, the slug reaches critical mass and explodes, dealing 1d6 points of damage per Challenge Rating that you possess to all creatures in an area around it equal to its melee reach at the time of detonation.
This ability may be used up to 3 times per day, but never in consecutive turns. At character level 10th, this ability may be used four times per day, and the you additionally gain the ability to cause slugs to detonate prematurely as a free action.
