Elemental Thuerge

Elemental Thuerge

If there is one thing better than harnessing the elements, it’s controlling the elements themselves.
—Desiree, Scholar of Windthorn Mountain
Prerequisite: Magi, any spell-casting class

Individuals who keep the elements underneath their fingertips-- spreading their knowledge upon the vastness of the worlds. Whether you are a spiritually guided herald or an elemental trickster or a guardian of the elements, you have attained a higher knowledge much greater than you have imagined. You have tapped into ancient lore pertaining to the elements themselves—such lore has been kept in the dark by many others. Only the most experienced can withstand the amount of insurmountable knowledge elemental thuerges gain.

When one becomes a thuerge, one must first channel their elemental energy into a weapon of their choice—this weapon is their focus. Dragoons are not theurges, but are a sect of defenders related. After doing so, they must then overcome a series of difficult challenges to channel their energy through their focus and to control the elemental energies collected within.

Elemental Thuerge Path Features[edit]

Channeling Action (11th level): When you spend an action point to take another action, you gain a +2 bonus to your next attack roll.
Elemental Storm (11th level): You can use your class daily attack powers 2 times per day, but only once per encounter. This does not include racial, class feature, utility, or any other daily power.
Weapon Focus (11th level): When you use the elemental focus racial power, you also deal the same damage that you gain resistance with.
Elemental Endurance (16th level): When an enemy hits you with a non-melee attack with an elemental keyword, you gain 1d6 temporary hit points. This value stacks each time you are struck by such attacks.
