For a few seconds, as you aim your arrow the drop of rain around you slow down and almost freeze within their tracks, allowing you to make one clear, devastating attack.
You make two ranged attack rolls against target creature using your highest attack bonus. If only one hits, it is a normal hit. If both attack rolls hit, your target takes an extra 4d6 damage and is stunned until the start of its next round. A successful fortitude save negate the stunning.
