Wand of Summoning Level 3+
This wand is adept at summoning.
Level 3 +1 680 gp Level 18 +4 85000 gp
Level 8 +2 3400 gp Level 23 +5 425000 gp
Level 13 +3 17000 gp Level 28 +6 2125000 gp

Implement (Wand)
Enhancement: Attack rolls and damage rolls
Critical: +1d8 poison damage per plus.
Property: Gain a +1 item bonus to damage rolls when you use powers that has the summoning keyword and a range that is not close or area.

Level 13 or 18: +2 item bonus.
Level 23 or 28: +3 item bonus.

Power (Encounter ? Arachane, Poison, Summoning, Implement): Standard Action. As the arachnomancer's summon lesser spider power
