Everscroll Bag

This mundane-appearing bag is actually stuffed with an endless number of scrolls of all kinds.

To use this bag, the owner must say the name of an arcane spell and reach into the bag, upon which he may pull a scroll of that spell as a standard action. The scroll must be used within one round of being pulled out or it disappears. There is a 50% chance that the bag does not contain the said scroll and in this case a scroll of that spell cannot be extracted for 24 hours.

The price of the bag may be increased by 50% to allow for a 75% chance of the scroll being pulled out, and may be decreased by 50% to allow only for a 25% chance of the scroll being pulled out.
