A censer is a sturdy incense burner, usually carried by a fine chain. This one consists of a more rugged 20ft-chain, and the burner is built with hard ridges, spikes or plates, much like a war mace.
The War Censer can be filled with incense and lit, having a hollow striking head with a strong latch; A block of ordinary incense burned within a censer burns for 30 minutes, and cannot be extinguished by wind.
The War Censer can also be used with two hands; When doing so, it deals 1d8 points of damage, and gains the Thrown (15/25) property. When the thrown property is used, the wielder whirls and tosses the weighted head while holding onto the other end of the chain with their other hand; Thus, it does not completely leave their grasp, and they can retrieve the weighted head by using their object interaction or a Bonus Action.
