Talk:Nightmare Steel Cage (3.5e Spell)

CommentsEdit

So, it's a painful version of forcecage that paralyzes you some of the time to prevent you from teleporting away? And that you can teleport people into if you're feeling mean? Seems reasonable.

It looks like a good candidate for a dual school spell though. Conj for the cage, Ill (phant) for the visions. Not sure why Evoc is on here at all really. - Tarkisflux Talk 22:46, 10 September 2012 (UTC)

Evocation is the base school for forcecage, so it's inherited for better or (seemingly, in this case) worse. - TG Cid 03:23, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
But, iron! Physical matter! Not a force effect, so it doesn't need to be evocation. - Tarkisflux Talk 04:25, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
Well, I'm not gonna complain about another high-level Conjuration spell. Changed. - TG Cid (talk) 01:06, 2 November 2012 (UTC)
