	Often enough, racial hit dice are there to justify the presence of very powerful abilities or increases to ability scores. While I like what this is trying to do, I think there's a better approach, as opposed to just plopping a bunch of class features (or feats, in the case of the fighter) in a creature's lap. Doubly so if actual enemy monsters can take this feat.

	This has long been a concept I've toyed with, but have never implemented. I enjoy it.
