	Helping the assassin be somewhat more worthwhile is good, and this doesn't go overboard to that end. But I fail to see why this dagger is different from a normal dagger. All you really say about it is that it's sharp and long -- which hardly justifies its effect.

	Make it 18-20/x2 or 19-20/x3, but 18-20/x3 is no bueno IMO.
