Sinister Laugh

You have a creepy sinister laugh, it doesn't help you always laugh at the wrong time.

Benefit: You have a sinister creepy laugh, intimidate is always a class skill for you. This mannerism is frankly hard to copy and creature take a -4 penalty to bluff and disguise skill check when disguising as you and attempting to act in character.

Drawback: You always laugh at the wrong moment and frankly it creepy as hell, it even scared the dog. People are initially one step less friendly toward you than normal (to a minimum of indifferent). This is only an 'initial attitude' - if you take any actions that harm or offend them, or show that you aren't a total creep their attitude will adjust appropriately. You also take a -4 penalty on handle animal and wild empathy checks and animals tend to be scared of you.

Roleplaying Ideas: You are either the BBEG or a really unfortunate person.
