The caster creates shards of ice in the palm of her hand and with a soft breath launches them at an area which pierce everything in it.
Shards of ice pierce (4d6 piercing damage) and freeze (6d6 cold damage) an 5-ft radius, usually with a victim inside. Even if the spell is negate by SR, the piercing damage is still dealt to creature that resisted it.
