Strategies and TacticsEdit
In duels Orocs usually casts shield at the beginning of combat, then charges to meele battle. When it comes to bigger fight they tend to save this ability as their ace in the sleeve using it when they locate enemy leader. As normal orc they like ambushes, but differently from they prefer weapons dealing less damage but with higher crit chance. Also if possible they use two weapons at the same time - oroc rangers barely ever decide on long-range combat style.
GenesisEdit
Noone actually knows how it happens that in normal orc tribe sometimes (about one out of two hundreds) oroc is born. This is not simple case of albino orc, though at glance orocs seems like an albino orc. Some says that in the past orcs tried to summon some kind of evil outsider and mix they blood with orcs. Some says its just mutation. Some it is result of a curse. Regardless of the real origin sometime these pale orc are born, and they strive for ruling. Most of them dies early when they challenge other orcs to orocs superiority. Many are killed as children, when these 'arrogant kids' tries to assemble their own youngster gang. Those who survives till adulthoods usually already have some followers and quiclky tries to beat current chief.
Physical Characteristics: As orc, except of following: always pale (almost white) skin, always red eyes, always white hairs.
Environment: Any, an oroc unable to rule over his tribe will move to look for any underlings (even from other races)
Lifespan: As orc
Diet: As Orc
Alignment: usually Chaotic Evil
Typical TreasureEdit
Oroc's do not tend to stockpile items they are unable to use in combat, thypical treasure consist of light or medium armor (magical, if possible), and two, somtimes three different one-handed weapons (magical if possible) usually long and short sword and as many protective or instant use battle items they can afford. They usually do not care about wands, scroll, (etc) and barely ever take these from lair or killed oponnets (unless they would be able to use these items themselves).
For Player CharactersEdit
Orocs always desire to rule others, so they commonly seek for power. If their not able to take over tribe they were born with they often leaves it looking for place were they can gain underlings. They commonly accept anyone who will swear loyality to them, and it is not rare to see some human bandits (or other evil inteligent creatures) being lead by oroc. In 'standard' players team Orocs usually demands to be obeyed and almost never accepts equality of team.
Orocs As CharactersEdit
Oroc Traits (Ex): Orocs possess the following racial traits.
- +4 Strength, +4 Dexterity –2 Intelligence, –2 Wisdom, –2 Charisma.
- An oroc’s base land speed is 30 feet.
- Darkvision out to 120 feet.
- fire resistance 5, cold resistance 5,
- Shield spelllike ability - Orocs can cast shield once a day like an sorcere eqaul to its character level.
- Orc Subtype or all effects related to race, a Oroc is considered an orc
- Automatic Languages: Common, Orc. Bonus Languages: Dwarven, Giant, Gnoll, Goblin, Undercommon.
- Favored Class: Ranger.
- Level adjustment: +1
Creatures With Class LevelsEdit
As Ranger Orocs usually picks some kind of humanoid (quite commonly orcs) as their favored enemy. They respect barbarians power, but tend do laugh of their 'stupid' burst of rage and control lossing. (though orocs are not smarter than normal orcs) If they are not rangers orocs choose other meele fighting class or cleric (Gruumsh).
