Incantation Caster
You say words of power while casting spells, requiring almost no somatic components at all. However, your incantations are long and very necessary to your spell's success.
Benefit: Your spells no longer need somatic components. If you are a spontaneous caster, your spells are no longer lengthened by applying metamagic feats to them.
Drawback: Spells that were taking a standard action to cast now take a full-round action to cast; no other casting time is changed. Additionally, you cannot cast any spell without vocal components; thus, you cannot benefit from Silent Spell.
Roleplaying Ideas: You say fancy things when casting spells.
