An altar made of force appears before you, a tablet lit up with illusory images and an input to write upon your many questions.
Some say "Goog" was a deity now forgotten, one of foresight and lore. Others claim it was an immensely powerful magical construct who still chugs away forgotten in some demiplane. Either way this spell creates an interface from which to call upon the power of "Goog", who seems to have access to a collection of all knowledge known to the world. However this mountain of information is difficult to parse, and its information is ultimately based on the populace and thus not always correct.
It effectively permits those writing on its tablet the ability to make Gather Information checks over the course of 1d4+1 minutes instead of 1d4+1 hours. Likewise one can make a Knowledge check (even untrained) in the same time period over a specific subject. The populace as a whole can be questioned, or localized down to a specific area as small as 100 miles in diameter. It grants general answers as if they had made the check themselves. Multiple questions can be asked, but if time runs up partway through the remaining question takes a -5 penalty on the check as you are interrupted.
Attempting to discover secret or information not well known is possible, but checks take up to a -10 penalty on its rarity. Some information simply cannot be divulged.
