When your ki volley, eldritch blast, or wind bullet strikes an enemy when you use this invocation, that enemy must succeed on a Reflex save or become uncentered for 1 minute. While uncentered from this invocation, your victim also takes a −2 competence penalty to Balance and Tumble checks; when your foe is no longer uncentered, the penalties go away, too.
A Saiyan Warrior using this invocation must pay 1 ki point in addition to the normal cost of his ki volley; if he cannot, he is not allowed to use this invocation.
This invocation is an [Air] effect.
