Creatures affected by this spell can only speak gibberish and are unable to communicate, even through telepathy or use of tongues. They can still use vocal spell components, but suffer from a 20% spell failure on any spell that has vocal components. They may still be able to get a point across through pantomime as a move action with an appropriate bluff check.
