You can't milk an almond. So where does almond milk come from?

It may look like a cow, but this dim witted domesticated creature has green spots, root-like growths around the hooves, and is actually a plant. Sedentary most of the time soaking in sunlight, it moves only when it seeks more rich ground on which to plant itself and grow. Even those this mono-gendered species does not product young as they instead are grown as seeds from the almond-like nut cluster found on their tail, they for some reason produce milk. This is the real truth behind almond milk. Likely, wizards were involved.

An almond cow stands more than 6 feet tall at the shoulder and is 9 to 12 feet long. It weigh 1,800 to 2,400 pounds, and consists of a diet of soil minerals, water, and sunlight.

CombatEdit

Almond cows are sedentary and only fight in self defense.

Produce Milk (Ex): The almond cow can be milked, and can produce a bucket of almond milk once every 24 hours. If left alone it is believed to "leek" and fertilize the ground in a mutualistic relationship with ground fungi that re-enriches the soil for later.

Stampede (Ex): A frightened herd of almond cows flees as a group in a random direction (but always away from the perceived source of danger). They literally run over anything of Large size or smaller that gets in their way, dealing 1d12 points of damage for each five almond cows in the herd (Reflex DC 18 half). The save DC is Strength-based.
