Sky Attunement [General]
Prerequisites: 1st Level Only or Caster level 5thBenefit: You gain the effect of a Ring of Magic Renewal (which stack with the actual ring), however the ring only recharge while under the sky. The maximum number point you may store at one time is also limited to 2 + half your character levels (rounded down, instead of a static 8). However if you have no line of sight with the sky you take a -1 penalty to your caster level for the purpose of duration and range.
As part of taking this feat you may also choose a common to uncommon celestial event (such as a boreal aurora or a full moon), while under a clear sky while the celestial event is undergoing you gain a +1 insight bonus to your caster level and the charge cost to regain a spell is lowered by 1 (to a minimum of 1).
