You slap aside the longsword, which corrodes, dulls, and rusts before your eyes.
This spell minimizes any dice rolls a weapon deals, including weapon enhancements which deal damage (but not non-weapon damage such as sneak attack). Non-die damage is unaffected. The act of touching an opponent's weapon does not provoke attacks of opportunity (though casting in melee might).
Dull weapon dispels and counters temper weapon.
Material Component: Worn down shavings from a weapon.
