This spell is intended to be used with the Waypoint Style Teleportation Variant Rules, and makes reference to materials contained therein.

There's no need to rush off after someone blindly, when you can learn where they went and pursue when prepared.
You learn the starting location, level, and approximate distance traveled of all [Teleportation] effects that have occurred within range in the last minute. You do not learn the direction of any effect, however. Of these effects, you may select one to learn the spell name of. If the spell involved travel to an anchor sigil (not just an anchored location), you may learn the anchor sigil if you succeed on a caster level check, DC 8 + 2 per round since the spell was cast.
