A hand appears beside the caster open and ready to assist.
A glove is used as a focus to determine the shape of the hand conjured. A disembodied hand of the same relative size as the caster floats beside them, staying within the area they occupy. The hand moves according to the caster's wishes within that area as freely as if it were one of their own appendages. Treat the hand as if it was an extension of the caster's body, using the strength and carrying capacity of the caster. The caster may use the hand to wield a weapon or use an item such as a wand, though they gain no additional attacks or actions thanks to their control of the conjured hand.
For purposes of defenses, treat the hand as a held mundane object with 0 hardness, an AC of 20, and 1 hit point per caster level. If the hand takes damage equal to or greater than its hit points then it disappears and the spell ends. The hand cannot be healed.
