| A bit weak for a level 6, I think. The fatigue effect is not that huge a deal and the damage is not amazing.
If an elder elemental can be created from a gargantuan creature (the text is a little unclear about the elemental that share the same size), maybe this spell is fair (conditional CR 11 for a 6th level = fair). Compared to the lower-level spells I've rated so far, this spell just seems poor. It is really cool fluff-wise though. |
