Phobiavore [Psionic]
While there are many ways to eat a pie, there are notably less for eating fear. But Pie doesn't taste as good as fear...Prerequisites: Int/Cha 18, Manifester Level 1Benefit: Once per minute, when a foe Within 30' suffers from fear, you regain your manifester level divided by 4 power points, minimum 1.
Normal: Freaking out your foes is fun, but not tasty.
