Criminal Reputation

Whether your life of crime is a thing of the past, or you still are still involved in the underworld, your reputation precedes you.

Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus on Diplomacy checks used on people who are criminals or associate with them, and you gain a +2 bonus on Intimidate check against law-abiding citizens.

Drawback: You take a -2 penalty on Diplomacy checks used on law-abiding citizens and figures of law and authorities.

Special: This trait has no effect if you are successfully Disguised or if you are in an area your reputation is unknown.

Roleplaying Ideas: You may be the notorious criminal whom few trust but dare not to cross. Or perhaps you are a card-carrying member of a criminal organization with a more “respectable” front.
