Is there a reason that the ability to apply wisdom to attack and damage  rolls does not extend to combat manuevers. I really like this template, it feel like it give plenty of flavorful abilities backed by solid abilities.

Feels too powerful for +1 LA, but too weak for +2 LA. I would add something and make it +2, or take something away and make it +1.
