The power cosmic is the SS's actual power, which make him one of the strongest character in Marvel (in the heyday anyway, these days power creep turned everything upside down). Like that NES game?

I remember there being a Silver Surfer game being developed by LJN wherein the Silver Surfer dies from one touch from anything. You touch the ceiling, you die. You touch the wall, you die. You touch the floor, you die. Too far to the left, you die. Too far to the right, you die. Die, die, die, die, die, die, die, die, die, die, die, die, die, die, die, die, DIE!
