Description
Standing 195ft 7inchs Tall Velkor takes on a Dragon, Devil, Humanoid appearance with a sparkling white, blue, black and red patterns are seen wherever he goes. If you look closely you can see human bodies within his eyes that appear to be screaming and trying to escape. His scales form armor in the style of Heavy plate with robes as his Demonic devil appearance adds a new set of arms. In his main hands he weaves magical and divine energy that no mortal can fathom. Velkor is seen appearing jumping in and out of the mortal realm (taking) or (killing) children from ages 1-60 of all races.
Velkor kills other deities that are in his presence as he despises all the deities in the realms. Velkor Tends to play tricks or is really blunt about anything with a skill to see though a persons mind he loves to bribe them into his service or a more comical sending the person to try and fight another deity in the name of ((Good)) will ill intent.
Velkor is the deity and creator of the Vocwels race. Velkor is unforgiving and does not care about mortals.
Dogma
Being a God at heart and a master strategist with cunning, and as such respects the resources that anything provides everywhere. Velkor teaches his worshippers to act as the Children of his blood And comment Genocide and kill and murder(Including his own worshipers for he does not care for them). Velkor teaches that the lesser beings (meaning children) should be punished and the evil children in the world shall be beaten or killed leading to internal servitude towards Velkor(Velkor does this just to be a dick and see if the mortal will listen). Velkor is a solo Lord in his own mind and does things that are different then other deity's that are random and unexpected.
Clergy and Temples
Clerics of Velkor are often found as anything given there skills sometimes even just dead. Be it by recording the knowledge and history as it happens so that it might be learned from, or by tracking down and murdering or possibly kidnapped members of the community.
Velkors temples are very large and evil looking Obsidian Castles in appearance. Massive sacrificial rooms can be found for the yearly sacrifice. There are also numerous places for worshippers of Velkor to prepare a sacrifice to kill; There are also chambers for passing visitors to stay(normally to be killed or ambushed in).
Velkor does not care for followers and does not need them in the first place but has fun toying with the mortal beings that worship him sending them on tasks that he is now bored with as he has other things in mind(Ether that or is a complete dick and will confuse the party for some unknown reason)
Campaign Idea's
1. As you wander through the lower mountain passes, you soon meet a unfamiliar face, who treats you to a meal in exchange for willing ears(Appears to be a local captain). The local captain of the guard waits until most of the crowds have drawn away from you before telling you any news beyond small talk. Finally, the tale begins.
Recently, there has been kidnappings of local children. This obviously has many locals concerned. Rumors say it is the work of the traitorous former captain of the guard, but none know the truth. It's up to you to get to the bottom of the controversy and learn what it means for all the folk and lands around a desecrated temple or shrine of velkor. In exchange for your aid, you'll gain the reward of a minor magical item as well as additional accolades as heroes of a desecrated temple or shrine.
2. Velkor comes up to the party(in humanoid form) and asks them for a favor. For some reason the party is compelled to accept. He then informs them that a mighty quest to slay Tiamat and Lucifer. thus a long journey to each ensues.
