The Loincloth of Goro is a powerful magical set of underwear popularized by a four-armed brutish martial artist. Although it is a single magic item, it takes up multiple magic items slots. It counts as the wearer's belt slot, vest slot, and armor slot (the wearer can still wear mundane items in these slots, but shirtless is really the way to go).
The loincloth provides the following benefits:
- All the effects of a Monk's Belt.
- A +4 or +6 enhancement bonus to the wearer's Strength score.
- Two extra fully-functional arms that appear below the wearer's existing arms.
- All feats the wearer has that normally apply to two weapons can apply to multiple weapons.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, Bull's Strength, righteous might or transformation, Girallon's Blessing SpC 106.
Cost to Create (+4 Strength): 30,000 gp, 2,400 EXP, 60 days.
Cost to Create (+6 Strength): 45,000 gp, 3,600 EXP, 90 days.
