Blood Spray[edit]

As both a show of defiance and a way of disabling their opponent, Bloody Alley practitioners are known to spit blood, broken teeth and all manner of other nastiness from their mouth directly into the faces of their enemies. Over many street fights of practice, their aim is usually good enough to score hits directly into the eyes.

Use Time: Immediate

You can use this technique in response to being attacked in melee, before any dice are rolled. You must have taken damage (not nonlethal) during this scene to use this ability. Make an attack roll against the attacker's flat-footed AC; if you hit, they become blinded. As the attack you are responding to is already en route, they don't have to guess your location, but you still gain total concealment against it.

The blindness lasts until the enemy wipes their eyes, taking a full-round. You cannot use this ability again unless you've been dealt new damage since you last used it.
