Although this is D&D (so the point may be moot), even the more severe forms of colorblindness still allow perception of colors. They just have 2 cones in their eyes (or 2 functioning cones at least) instead of 3. Penalty

I'd give a small penalty that's actually mechanical for this one. Perhaps a -1 to spot, search, bluff, and diplomacy for the reasons stated in the flavor section? --Ghostwheel (talk)

Accuracy
