By cutting the threads of power of an opponent, you prevent them from successfully creating their weave.
Spend 4 energy, and choose a weave that is being currently cast in such a way that it will affect something within range. That weave is countered unless the other channeler succeeds on a Reflex save. If they fail, the channeler also takes an amount of damage equal to the number of energy points they spent on their weave.
