The target bones become gelatinous and bendy, knocking it to the ground, reducing its speed and Dexterity score to 0. The affected creature is conscious, but it cannot move, even thought it can still speak and think, so it can still cast spells without somatic components and manifest psionic powers. The affected creature is considered helpless for the duration of the spell.
