You're putting a paralysis rider effect on level 1. That's really crazy; even one of the most widely-known powerful Tome feats, [[Combat School (3.5e Feat)|Combat School]], doesn't get that until level 6. What's more, this lasts for 1d4 rounds rather than just 1 round. And since it's paralysis, someone else can coup de grace them. That's crazy powerful, at a crazy low level. You're putting a paralysis rider effect on level 1. That's really crazy; even one of the most widely-known powerful Tome feats, Combat School, doesn't get that until level 6. What's more, this lasts for 1d4 rounds rather than just 1 round. And since it's paralysis, someone else can coup de grace them. That's crazy powerful, at a crazy low level.
