The penalty is ''"as if you were two weapon fighting"'', so -2 with a light off hand and -4 with a one handed weapon in the off hand, as in the description of TWF. Problem
"you may opt to take a penalry on all attack rolls you make this round a if you were two weapon fighting, and make an aditional off hand attack at your highest attack bonus as part of the mauever. " The penalties involved vary with weapon which is in your "other hand". Since that doesn't apply here, what are the penalties? -2? -4? Something else?
- Sorry for the late response, i have unfortunately no means and time to participate in dnd sessions as of late, so i visit the site only occasionaly :/. The penalty is "as if you were two weapon fighting", so -2 with a light off hand and -4 with a one handed weapon in the off hand, as in the description of TWF.
