The Gate is dangerous, fatal for many, yet beyond it lies the knowledge of eons of dead. With their endless wisdom, you have great insight on the troubles ahead. You duplicate the effects of Moment of Prescience. Unlike most abilities, you pay the maximum health penalty and the maximum health cost when using this power. When it is discharged, the penalty goes away as normal.
Health Cost: -15. Maximum Health Penalty: -9.
