|reason=After fighting enemies with blur or displacement (displacer beasts, ugh), I abhor % miss chance mechanics. The fact that you can get it up to 50% is even worse, especially at high level. Imagine if this were used against PCs, while a PC who took this and enough deformity feats could expect to never face a Good enemy again who uses attacks that target AC.
